Registration Guidelines

REGISTRATION HAS BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT. MORE INFORMATION ABOUT ISOP 2021 TO BE PUBLISHED SOON.

Please read the instructions below carefully.

Each participant will receive a Registration number by email after the submission of the Online Registration Form. As for payments completed by bank transfer, please proceed with the payment only after receiving your Registration number. Please do not send any payment by bank transfer without the Registration number and participant’s name included in the payment details. 

Online registration will be available until 1 October 2020.

The following registration fees apply for ISoP 2020.

Registration Fees are in USD and are exempted of VAT.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline applicable for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received in due time, the later fee will be automatically applied. 

Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid.

All registration deadlines are applicable considering the local time (CET/CEST)

ISoP Members

Only current members of ISoP are eligible for the “member” rate. If ISoP cannot verify your current membership, you will be charged the non-member rate. In order to apply for a discounted member fee, your membership has to be valid within the meeting dates. In case your membership is currently valid but is to be expired prior to the meeting, it needs to be renewed before the registration process. 

Please note: All non-member registration fees include a one-year membership of ISoP.

A link to register and activate your account to enjoy all ISoP membership benefits will be provided soon after your confirmation when full payment is received by the organizers.

* Students´ fees

Available for students only. Official proof of student status (in English and valid max. 6 months prior to the registration) must be uploaded during the registration process.

On-site Registration

Please note that on-site registration payment can be processed by credit card or paid in cash.

Confirmation

Each participant will receive a registration overview and an email notification confirming the received payment and the amount outstanding after the completion.

Visa

Visa invitation letter can be downloaded from the Online Registration Portal – after the registration is confirmed and paid in full. If you need assistance with the Visa invitation letter, please contact the Meeting Secretariat.

Payment

All fees need to be paid in United States Dollars (USD), free of all bank charges. Please note that all bank charges need to be covered by the delegate.

The beneficiary is CZECH IN s.r.o. as the registration fees are collected on behalf of The International Society of Pharmacovigilance (ISoP)

Payment by bank transfer is possible until 25 September 2020. After this date, all payments can be done only by credit/debit card.

Bank transfer payment needs to be identified by the registration number and participant’s full name included in the payment details.

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. Should the trouble with the payment persists, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be available for download from ISOP 2020 Online Registration Portal within 20 days after payment.

The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to a 20 USD fee.

Insurance

Registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to obtain adequate personal insurance.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation of Registration

  • Until 10 September 2020 – 25 % administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds  
  • From 11 September 2020 no refund can be processed 

General Cancellation Conditions

  • All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email or by fax) to C-IN and cannot be done over the phone
  • Requests for refunds made after 12 September 2020 will not be considered
  • Any request for name change made after 1 October will have a 20 USD fee applied

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE MEETING DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of a force majeure situation, CZECH-IN S.R.O. reserves the right to alter or cancel the meeting without prior notice, including any change of the time and/or venue of the meeting. Any occurrence of force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of CZECH-IN S.R.O. which prevents or impedes the realisation of the meeting. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague or other epidemic such as SARS, bird flu, earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism. CZECH-IN S.R.O. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the meeting. Unless provided otherwise by the applicable mandatory laws, the registration fees will be reimbursed in accordance with the ISoP 2020 cancelation policy.

DISCLAIMER

ISoP and CZECH-IN S.R.O. are not liable for any personal injuries, loss or damage to private property of the Meeting participants and the accompanying persons. The Meeting organizers are reserving the right to alter or cancel any part of the arrangements, timetables, or plans directly or indirectly related to the Meeting or the exhibition, for any cause beyond their reasonable control. ISoP and CZECH-IN S.R.O. are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations. Registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to obtain adequate personal insurance.
